Tweed Horizons Conference Centre offers a choice of excellent purpose designed meeting rooms and facilities and our friendly, professional support staff give personal attention to the details of planning and managing your event.

Whether a corporate board meeting; one-to-one or group training; or for a full conference with plenary sessions and workshops, Tweed Horizons offers an ideal environment where up to 100 delegates can relax, leave 'the office' behind and focus on information and exchange.  Access to the latest audio visual equipment helps to ensure effective delivery.

The Auditorium

Situated on the ground floor, the Auditorium was formerly the Chapel of the Seminary and School, it is now a bright and airy Conference and Meeting room allowing various layouts, that will be adapted to your individual needs.

Located at the front of the Auditorium, there is a stage for the formal presentations, with a 100” Smart Screen to connect your Laptop for delivering presentations, along with a Sound System, Lectern with Microphone, and adapters for PC's. Finally, we have 2 wireless Microphones for the all-inclusive meeting/presentation to help with audience participation.

The Courtyard Room

Located on the Ground Floor, the Courtyard Room offers excellent options for group meetings; break-out room for larger events; exhibition/display area; group or one-to-one training.

 

A 75" Smart wall mounted smart screen is available within the room for presentations, or for anyone who may be joining the meeting on-line.

The Wallace Room

A pleasant room situated on the first-floor level, with ample natural daylight, the Wallace Room is a first-class choice for smaller meetings, training sessions or to simply book space and get away from the home office.

Set up with a 75” Smart TV Screen within the room which you can connect your Laptop for presenting or online meetings; whilst using the Hi-Speed Guest WiFi.
